Personal Trainer was able to successfully defend the crown in the King of the Blogs Tourney this week.  This could not happen without the help of all our friends:  Bet at Dappled Things, Dory at Wittenberg Gate, Joel at Unknowing, Jeff at Proverbs Daily, Melanie at Transparency, and Hal at The Great Separation. 

In addition, I'd like to thank the judges, Songstress at News from the Great Beyond, Harv at Bad Example, and Pietro at The Smarter Cop, for taking the time to read through each of the blogs and make their usual insightful and helpful comments.  If you run a blog, you really should read through their observations and take them to heart. 

Thanks also go to David at DM's Loose Ends and Jason of the New Trommeter Times, for their good competition and gracious spirit.  They will no doubt be back attempting to usurp the throne. 

Now rise up once more loyal fans of Personal Trainer!  It is time for another hearty defense of the throne.  You should be able to vote here on the morrow.  I promise gratuitous linking and trackbacks for all!
